UFC president Dana White had a little fun in Germany over the weekend after C.B. Dollaway was interviewed by Dan Hardy.

Dollaway, just moments removed from earning a decision over Francis Carmont, stated on a handful of occasions that he was exhausted and couldn’t respond to the questions asked.

“CB is awesome on the mic. DYNAMIC!!!!!” White posted.

During the post-fight press conference, Dollaway was asked about the comment. He had yet to see it, but gave his honest opinion back.

“I probably have to get better on the mic,” he said, “but when you’re exhausted after fighting….I let it all hang out, so yeah, I was tired. It was a tough fight.”

Dollaway said he was left with an assortment of injuries from the three-round war, including “bleeding out of both eyes.”

“Sorry I couldn’t put a better performance on the mic,” he said. “I try to let my fighting do the talking.”

The alum of The Ultimate Fighter and ex-Arizona State University wrestler even replied to White on Twitter, posting, “sorry man I was exhausted, I will work on it! Haha.”

Dollaway has now won four of his last five and is 9-5 overall inside the Octagon. He holds a career record of 15-5 overall, with the win over Carmont being his biggest to date. Carmont (22-9) was ranked in the Top-10 heading into the weekend.
