Former UFC female bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey gave her first interview since losing the title to Holly Holm for the upcoming issue of “ESPN Magazine.”

Rousey, who was bested by Holm in Australia, simply stated “I’m just really (expletive) sad” after the defeat.

The former Olympian added that she is currently unable to eat certain foods because of the head-kick that landed and injured her jaw.

She goes on to describe the fight, saying, “It was like a dumbed-down dreamy version of yourself making decisions. … I was just trying to shake myself out of it. I kept saying to myself, ‘You’re OK, keep fighting. You’re OK, keep fighting.'”
