I’m pretty impressed with K-1 Dynamite this year … they’re doing a good job of booking up all it’s fights in a relatively orderly manner this year. Typically with 15 days to go, their fight lineup consists of a bunch of ‘potential’ fighters and no matchups. This year, here’s what we’ve got so far:

* Semmy Schilt vs. Siala “Mighty Mo” Siliga
* Daisuke Nakamura vs. Hideo Tokoro
* Artur Kyshenko vs. Yoshihiro Sato*
* Mark Hunt vs. Jerome Le Banner
* Eddie Alvarez vs. Shin’ya Aoki
* Tatsuya Kawajiri vs. Kozo Takeda*
* Gegard Mousasi vs. Musashi*
* Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Kiyoshi Tamura
* Gesias “JZ” Calvancante vs. Joachim Hansen
* Hiroya vs. Shimada Shota*
* Kusakabe Ryuya vs. Urabe Koya*

* – Fight will be conducted under K-1 rules

You’ll notice there is some odd shit going on … K1 guys fighting MMA and MMA guys fighting K1. Maybe they’ll announce that Crocop vs Choi will be a racquetball match and Melvin Manhoef will be taking on someone via interpretive dance numbers. Still, the big winners are the fans who are getting a shitload of bouts. This event is looking like it’s going to be another hardcore marathon for anyone living in the western hemesphere, so stock up on energy drinks or uppers or whatever you use to stay awake. Those ‘5 hour energy’ bottles will probably only last you until half-time.
