Tickets for UFC Montreal on sale Feb 10th

Care of our very informed buddies at TKO Extreme:

According to, tickets for the upcoming UFC 84 to be held in Montreal, will be available for sale starting Feb10th. This may be pre-sale which is available to UFC Fight Club members, and newsletter members only.

This would make sense as reported earlier, the UFC is to Host a Press Conference on Feb. 4 at the Bell Centre to confirm the date and venue.

Note that if the 10th is the UFC Fight Club date, the general release date is typically 4-5 days later. So if you’re planning on coming to UFC 84 in Montreal, you now know when to smash open your piggy banks.

On a side note, we’ve been relatively silent about the situation with the conference we plan on holding on the same weekend. We’ve been balls deep in logistics and are just finishing our general research. We should be ready to announce everything next week.

Do I get to sleep at your place?

  • Fightlinker Jackal says:

So how do you decide on seating? I’ve often read that seats on the higher levels provide better views “inside the cage”.

  • I’d like to know about seating as well.

  • The Bell Centre is awesome for view no matter where you are. My advice is to go for midway up the first tier to the sides (not the rounded ends of the arena). It’d be better to be higher up along the side than lower tier on the ends.

  • dulljake says:

yeah, hockey arena’s make sense for MMA events, since they are designed with a very small (relative to other sports) viewing surface.

  • Thanks, I appreciate it.

  • Scott, you from Montreal?

  • jd says:

Along the sides, as in section 101 and 113?

  • Fightlinker Jackal says:

Can’t get more useful than that.

    Thanks guys!

  • I’m in Ontario but intend on making my way to MTL for the event.

  • shanaconda says:

    you guys rock
absolutely everything i need to know
    wait… one more thing
    any idea on pricing?
think we’ll get the 50/100/200/400/750 routine?
if so how much for section 101 and 113 do ya figure?
We should be bringing a crew from all points
Me=Masset, BC, ‘The Whip’=St. Paul, AB via Austin, one bud new in Montreal, and two from outside Halifax

  • Zurich says:

I’ll be making the trek from Toronto. Will it be necessary to become a UFC Fan Club member in order to be these section 101/113 seats? Or will everything be sold out by the time they’re available to the public?

Also.. can you recommend any hotels near the train station?

  • dignan says:

I’m not sure what the fuck you were talking about, but I like your fucking style kid.

  • Of course we’re gay! Didn’t you know that???????

  • shanaconda says:

    are you propositioning us?
    is that a come on?
    sounds like a come one?
what’s the deal? are you top or bottom? you sound a little whiny like a bottom but then again a little assertive, just let us know we have room for either.

    I wanna come so bad…

  • Swedish guy says:

TO UFC 84 THAT IS, not to the sound of nikas gay chattering

  • jd says:

Swedish guy: that made me laugh… hah

  • shanaconda says:

so the tickets for Ohio are running 50-400$
looking at a seating chart, 101 and 113 would be full price $400 for at least the first 20 rows or so
    maybe $200 halfway up?
I have always been shocked how deep the high price tickets go. What are you guys thinking?

  • MacDaddy says:

Wow I was thinking “hey maybe I’ll go and join UFC’s sad little fanboy club, I mean what can it cost other than a little typing and some spam?…” then I get there and discover that they’re charging $74.99 a year to join. SEVENTY-FIVE FUCKING DOLLARS? NOTHING ON THE INTERNET COSTS $75!! I COULD GET A PERSONALIZED FILIPINA SNUFF MOVIE FOR $37.99, OR DONKEY FISTING FOR LESS THAN $25!!!!

The worst part is that other than access to pre-sales, all you get is wallpapers, access to their (undoubtedly awesome) forums, a 10% discount at their online store , an exclusive special edition T-shirt and a glad bag filled with Dana White’s feces (Kevin Iole’s idea, no doubt).

    I’m in stupidity-shock.

  • islandguy says:

THanks for the info fightlicker. Appreciated.

  • Ryder says:

Yeah, i checked out that Fight Club ripoff too. Fuck that, if it comes down to it I’d rather give my money to scalpers.

  • RoB says:

    Give your money to fightlinker

  • shanaconda says:

yeah i UFC fight club-ed for a year, the sad part is a lot of the time you actually end up with worse tickets than the general sale. They only release a certain section of tickets and sometimes you are line up in the shit part of the section for top price. Seriously fucked!!!

So are you guys on planning on shelling out the $400 or trying to sneak in at the top of those sections for $200?

  • Herpes says:

How many presale tics can you get with UFC Fight Club membership?
