The Low Blow Episode 167: Twas the week before 121…

With the big advertisement that was UFC 120 in our rear view, we turn to UFC 121 which is bearing down on us like a frate train! Main card predictions are made, Diego Sanchez’s size is questioned, Tito Ortiz’s spine is doubted, and we argue on whether the best in the world from outside the UFC can take out Martin Kampmann, who’s sitting somewhere around the #5 slot in the UFC. 45 minutes of UFC 121 convo fit for a Mexican heavyweight champion!

I love how the whole “first Mexican HW champ” storyline meshes awesomely with Brock’s uber-honkeyness. It’s Brown Pride vs Aryan cartoon superhero, you ya got?!

  • P W says:

What are the odds of Ortiz vs Hamil turning into a high-fiving hug-fest?

    edit: grammar tune-up

  • Fitdaws says:

    Did you mean “freight train”??

  • McBayne says:

“tito is noones friend, tito will betray you” — haha, godless jake made me laugh, enjoyed the podcast, like the shields/kampmann FotN pick

Kampmann tkoing Shields? I don’t want that to make sound like I’m saying that’s a stretch but I would bet a lot of money of that there’s no chance in hell of that happening to me Kampmann is like the Gabriel Gonzaga or Cheick Kongo he can beat the middle of the pack guys but he has yet to show he can hang with a top contender plus I don’t think he has any ko power let alone the power of say like Daley, Henderson, or Lawler and he does not have the takedown defense of Okami or Henderson
