Randy vs Lyoto

Randy is busy training against an opponent that eats it’s own excrement in preparation for Machida

I’m torn between this fight being pretty epic or it will be so fucking boring I will wish for the sweet relief of a Gray Maynard fight. This is a great marketing decision for the UFC since Randy is a massive draw making the Toronto card a shoe in for the biggest card in North America. If Brock comes out of hibernation for this one Canadians will be cumming all at once only to make Canada that much whiter.

add brock to this card and we can start talking HUGE. I think I am going except I think I want to find someone who will offer their couch without raping me while I sleep, unless it is a girl that did not once used to be a guy. I still hate that one sleepover…

I’d love for Lyoto to KO him and demystify Couture. Coming off three fluff/can fights in a row it could be a rude awakening for Couture.

That being said, before he fought Lesnar I thought Couture would be a good match for Lyoto because of his cage’n’pray.

Also, everybody said Lyoto would smash Rampage and he fucked around too much.

    demystify Couture

Mystery? I think you mean “defeat.” His Sumo and clinch game are a good match for Couture’s Greco (the only mystery he has) and he can strike hard. Handy’s in trouble.

But I love that he still wants the challenge. I thought after the Brock & Vera fights he’d give up on his Machida quest, have his farewell against Mirko and then fade away to announcing.

I don’t know how much de-mystification that a 50 years fighter would go through in his 100th fight in the UFC. He’s lost and been knocked out before so really, I’m with Mr. T Elbows on this one. Plus your avatar is a great inspiration.

I hope Randy wins this one, because he’s one of my original favorite fighters still fighting and winning.

  • Blackula Jonez says:

I understand that pissbreath is on a losing streak, but Handy is going to get the beating of a lifetime if Lyoto goes back to being aggresive (the Thiago and Rashad fights). That man can really fuck people up when he isn’t waiting for the perfect counter strike opportunity to present itself.

  • Blackula Jonez says:

I appreciate Randy trying to end his career on one last legit victory after bullshit wins over washed up mma fighters one of whom he barely beat in the first place and boxers and getting brutalized back down to light heavyweight.

Other than going for one last title run, i don’t understand this booking.

  • Symbul says:

Actually seems like it’s a good fight.

Rebound for Machida and farewell to a guy who helped market the sport as civilized and professional in the first TUF.

Also, it’ll be fun for me to see their tactics, strategies and skillsets matched-up.

  • Reem.Hadouken says:

    It’s a win/win.

If Machida wins he’s got a solid win over half of famer, and can be put back into “the mix” with the top 5.

If Randy wins he can be sacrificed to Jon Jones for more legitimacy.

  • DJ ThunderElbows says:

Bones? That’s just wrong, even coming from you.

  • G Funk says:

Fedor’s CumDumpster is such a tool!

  • Reverend Clint says:

i wouldnt mind seeing Randy vs Rampage if randy gets by Machida

  • Blackula Jonez says:

Thats the big question isn’t it: can Randy walk away from the sport if he gets a final win that can justify a title shot?

He would be on a 3 fight win streak, with one victory over a top 10 opponent in Machida.

Randy could make the case for one last shot at UFC gold.

  • Reverend Clint says:

well one win over a top ten is really all you need to get a title shot anymore, dan hardy got it with a win over mike swick who even though i like him is not and has not been a top ten at 170 or maybe even 185
