Most Cursed Card Ever?

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is the latest fighter to fall victim to the Gypsy curse, with an undisclosed injury taking him off Calgary’s UFC 149 card. Replacing Nog against Cheick Kongo is superstar Shawn Jordan. At this point the fight card that sold out minutes after tickets went on sale isn’t looking anything like the card as it stands today. We’ve already commented on all the switchups, but now I’m wondering if this Calgary card will beat out UFC 85 for most cursed card in the history of the UFC. 2008’s UFC 85: Bedlam, if you don’t recall, had a grand total of 9 fighters removed. Calgary is closing in on that record at 7. Will Calgary win? Personally, I’m expecting Nick Ring to be stabbed by muggers any day now.
