Judo!

This is 8-0 prospect Rick Hawn using his Olympic-level judo on some poor fool in MMA. After the jump, a few of his throws from judo competitions. I can't see Rick pulling any of these off in MMA unless Dana White makes shirts mandatory for all Toney and Tuchscherer type fatasses, but they're pretty keen none the less.

I feel that Judo is very under-rated in MMA. Any one that fights in MMA could definitely use some Judo throws to their advantage. I use to love watching Karo Parisyan toss folks around back when he first started in the UFC.
