Hero vs Villain

In the latest proof that shit just don’t stick to Chael Sonnen, the UFC has just announced that he’ll be returning to action at UFC 136 (in Texas, naturally). It won’t be against Machida, though:

Chael Sonnen will finally end his 14-month exile from action when he returns at October’s UFC 136 to face Brian Stann.

UFC president Dana White confirmed the fight’s booking to MMA Fighting on Wednesday night. It’s possibility was originally reported by Heavy.com.

The switch of opponents was smart for the UFC, since they really didn’t need Chael Sonnen calling Machida a pygmy savage and Brazil a den of homosexuals and mother fornicators so close to their big Rio event in August. Now we’ll get to see if a real estate fraud and steroid cheat like Sonnen can manage to shittalk a Real American Hero like Brian Stann.

Chael will still say stupid shit. I don’t think he can help himself. Can’t wait til someone makes him eat his words. That will be fun to watch. And it will happen. Let’s not forget this is Chael fucking Sonnen we are talking about.

I read he’s already giving him his props.  He said he might trash him a little by using lots of “may” in there.
