HDNet last show: Fuck Salmon. HDNet this show: Heil Salmon

HDNet just announced a partial card for their next show, and once again it’s pretty tame. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m amazed they’ve put a guy they cut from the last show in the headliner’s spot. If they really think Sean Salmon is headline material, why the fuck was he originally mid-card on the first HDNet show? And why did HDNet can Salmon over a contractual mistake last time?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I have no problem with HDNet taking their time and building up to a big level. But you’ve got smaller promotions all across America throwing bigger shows and making money. Considering the resources HDNet has, why the fuck can’t they get their cards up to the point where they aren’t bad on paper and worse on screen?

Damn Fightlinker, you’ll take any chance you can get to suck Salmon’s cock. I don’t get it, why are you in love this man. Is it the karate kid crane-kicks or do you just love his blogging that much?

  • Well right now I’m questioning why he’s headlining a show when he got kicked off the last card for nothing. That’s not what I would call sucking cock. If that’s what your GF calls it, you’re getting conned 😉

  • Accomando says:

    Sean “fuckin” Salmon. or

    Sean “Crane-Kick” Salmon

  • Ted Dibiase says:

what do ya mean “he got kicked off the last card for nothing”? he broke the rules of the contract. what do you think dana white would do if randy couture fought for m1? DUH!!!!!!

cmon dude, maybe salmon needs to crane kick some sense into your head.

why wouldnt he headline the card? how many other former UFC fighters does HDNet have?

  • Xavier says:

    No Accomando…

    Sean “Can of” Salmon.

  • Fish says:

I heard a Salmon can beat a pair of Tunas.

Maybe hd net is having trouble building up to a big level because some fighters don’t want to work for a guy who wants to work with wwe. Kind of hard to take the company serious when the name wwe is floating around as a possible partner. I watched a bodog event and they were dressing the fighters up like gangsters and hillbillies. Pretty lame unless they really were hillbillies and gangsters but I doubt it. Who wants to work for a circus act.

  • Mr. Theplague says:

Salmon’s continual booking for high profile fights baffles me. I have some love for the man though, since him get kicked in the face by Rashad was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.

  • Thomas says:

More MMA Please. Even if that little turd owner from the Maverics is involved

  • hbdale309 says:

It’s not a bad card – for free TV. If Mayhem wasn’t fighting then Salmon would prolly be midcard.

Dec 15th in Dallas, Tx. fight card — HDNet

Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller vs Sean Salmon
    Frank Trigg vs Edwin Dewees
    Yves Edwards vs Alonzo Martinez
    Srysztof Soszynski vs Robert Villegas
    Pete Spratt vs Tristian Yunker

  • Oooh, when did they add Frank Trigg vs Edwin Dewees and Yves Edwards vs Alonzo Martinez? That’s not too shabby. When I wrote the articles it was all fat texas boys with .500 records

Where can I watch a HDNet fight? Is it on tv or ppv or net…?
