MMA Fanhouse releases an interview with GSP they’ve been sitting on since UFC 108, but it’s still got a lot of great snippets. The main part: GSP says he’s changed as a fighter and is very different from when he fought Thiago Alves. I’m hyped to hear that, but at the same time I worry that Georges is gonna come into this fight with Dan Hardy out to prove something he maybe shouldn’t try to prove – aka that he’s not just a wrestler guy. Too many people try to show that they’re well rounded mixed martial artists by showing off their weakest dimension – that’s dumb and is pretty much the opposite of what being well rounded should be all about. Hopefully that’s not what happens in this next fight. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it Georges!
Georges says he’s a different kind of fighter now
