Courtesy of of the Judo Chop’s recent Brendan Shaub interview:

“You know what? The things at Grudge have changed a little. I don’t work with Trevor Wittman anymore and he’s kind of stepped back to spend more time with his family. As far as working with the upper echelon fighters in the gym, he’s decided to focus on his family and the lower tiered guys.”

I recall Trevor speaking with Mr. Fowlkes inregard to stepping away from training guys of a certain … disposition:

“…I’ll tell you what I’m doing now, and that’s sit down with every fighter I deal with and find out if they’re seeing a doctor and for what reason. If it’s anything that has to do with enhancing, then I’m going to step away.”

I hope it really was his family.  I really wanna believe it was his family time that’s drawn him away.  I hope I’m not reading too much into this.
