This card finished in a clusterfuck. Jeremy horn was given a split decision loss when 2 of the judges were training partners of the guy he was fighting.
Clementi fought to a draw. In Sweden draws are not allowed so the judges do a caucus and decide who won. one of the judges is a training parter AND childhood friend of Clementi’s opponent.
They are both contesting. Their commission thingy already made a public statement that they do acknowledge that there is a problem.May 8, 2011 at 7:48 am #122399
I don’t know who I’m more disappointed in – the commission or the fighters who fought for them. I wish these guys would stop deluding themselves into treating this like a career and get real jobs. I hope they don’t have families.May 8, 2011 at 8:45 am #122402
i was waiting for the punchline. it never came.
