now that school is over, i needed something to cure my boredom so i went to the ufc website and took all of the listed fighters wins and losses added them up and then divided it by the number of fighters in each division.  this isn’t really helpful or interesting but at least now you know what the average won loss percentage is for each weight class. so you got that going for you

(the ufc still includes randy couture and chuck liddell on their website, i also couldnt find one fighter even on wikipedia so i just disregarded him entirely)

as usual if you have any questions or complaints please refer to my customer service department

    enjoy

Not meaningful. What is meaningful is seeing which divisions have the most fighters. I guess. Or not. Don’t know. Still thinking. Irrelevant. All of it. Except maybe the # of fighters part. Nah, that’s detritus too.

I think you should compare those numbers to Sherdog’s Fight Finder numbers.

i think it’s interesting to note that on average UFC welterweights have almost 6 more fights than ufc heavyweights

means that they’re are taking more risks at heavyweight by taking in less experienced fighters

prolly a no brainer but still interesting to have the data
