A few days ago pictures started showing up of an ad campaign the UFC was launching featuring players from other sports looking like they had gotten their asses kicked. Personally I thought the ads were twelve degrees of tacky and probably not the kind of image the UFC wanted to send out. That's on top of the fact that 'beating other sports' is still something you can only say in very specific circumstances. Well, it turns out that the ad campaign wasn't real ... it was something proposed to the UFC but rejected. And I guess the UFC feels so strongly about the ads that they sent cease and desists to a ton of sites about it and released a statement on their site refuting the ad. The release includes a letter from the guys who created the campaign where they apologizing for it getting out into the world.  The Special Olympian pic is my fave.  Is it that FL is under the radar and hasn't received its cease and decist order yet, or are y'all takin a stand against the man?  fightlinker posts pictures of the pictures, thus hiding behind fair use, as well as being in canada and thus not caring.
