Don Frye’s been a busy monkey since pulling out of YAMMA with a shoulder injury. The above video is a new commercial he made for UFO noodles (which look delicious, by the way), and there’s even the possibility that he might be wrestling Josh Barnett fake-styles at an IGF show soon. Last but not least, he’s also going to be in a Michael Mann movie called “Public Enemies”, which has a serious amount of firepower in it’s cast:
Public Enemies is a 2009 film adaptation of Bryan Burrough’s book Public Enemies: America’s Greatest Crime Wave and the Birth of the FBI, 1933-43 directed by Michael Mann. The crime drama is set during The Great Depression with the focus on the FBI agent Melvin Purvis’ attempt to stop criminals John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson, and Pretty Boy Floyd. Johnny Depp will play Dillinger, Christian Bale will play FBI agent Purvis and Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard will play Dillinger’s girlfriend Billie Frechette.
Poor Don, though. His role apparently isn’t big enough to land him on the movie’s actor sheet at the Internet Movie Database.
