We also put a percentage on the likeliness of Shogun winning, talk about Ben Rothwell’s early years and his future, and how green Cain Velasquez is. Joe Stevenson’s climb back up the lightweight ladder, Yoshida as the Japanese hope of the UFC, and how we don’t like Josh Neer are also discussed. 45 minutes of 104 fun!

We searched high and low for interesting MMA talking points and ended up discussing how fucked up Benson Henderson turned out to be after his fight with Donald Cerrone, how much of a dick Anderson Silva is or is not for potentially pulling out of UFC 108, when the UFC will use Kimbo Slice to make lots and lots of money, and the latest chatter from BJ Penn about wanting another fight against Georges St Pierre. And of course no Happy Hour would be complete without a few minutes of Ultimate Fighter talk. Basically we laugh at how hard Rashad Evans chewed out Quinton Jackson and Quinton’s “I was edited to look like a jerk” blog response. 42 minutes long.

We rate WEC 43, see how we feel now about the idea of them being folded into the UFC, and of course we talk about the fights along with the decisions many people felt ruined them. Many names are mangled as usual but we give it Benson Henderson levels of heart. 45 minutes, which should probably tide you over at the gym or during your commute. We try to be helpful in reasonable doses.
